You will receive a confirmation of the receipt of your application and will be contacted with your status and schedule in mid-September as our schedule is finalized.

Agreement
 

Artist will agree to perform at the Bighorn Rodeo <%= rodeo_year %> - times to be announced. Every effort will be made by NGRA to keep the production of the show on schedule. The Artist will arrive at the location at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled performance time. Failure to do so may result in refusal of performance.

As this is a non-profit, charitable Event compensation for the Artist's services under the terms and conditions set forth here in is waived. In special circumstances, NGRA may agree to compensate the Artist(s) for expenses, to provide accommodations, and to reimburse the Artist(s) for mileage and meals. Said Compensation will be paid by check following the Artist(s)' performance pursuant to terms to be agreed upon.

NGRA agrees to furnish at its expense all that is necessary to provide the proper presentation of the Artist at the performance of said Artist. The equipment used shall be at the discretion of NGRA and will be of a caliber that insures the quality performance of the Artist. All technical requests must be listed on the application above.

Any and all expenses shall be agreed upon in advance and in writing. Hotel rooms will be booked by NGRA and pre-paid at the hotel they select, with a credit card required upon check-in. All names of performers should be submitted no later then 30 days from application confirmation and no later than March 5. In all cases, Artist is responsible for all music, costuming and related expenses and NGRA shall not reimburse any of these costs.

The Artist therefore agrees to comply with all the rules related to the location that NGRA puts forth. The use of fire, water or any substance that may hinder or injure other performers, audience members or themselves is strictly prohibited. NGRA and its' representatives shall not be held liable for any injury or loss of personal property before during or after their performance.

As the Festival shall be conducted in a County-operated venue there shall be no nudity, sex acts or simulated sex acts or any conduct that might be in violation of local County ordinance and Artist agrees to hold NGRA harmless from same.

  1. No nudity.
  2. No offensive/distasteful language or gestures during performance.
  3. No fire or hazardous materials is to be used.
  4. Artist will provide information for an introduction.
